Not enough available memory. Cannot download file

I have a Tablet, 128Gb Samsung Tab s6 with 75% memory unused. I'm running Adobe dc pro. I completed a survey, annotating pdf drawings with photos and notes after opening a drawing pdf from document cloud. The pdf was working well, as I finished the survey. I tried later to open the amended pdf on my tablet but can't. I Get not enough available memory message. I've tried exporting it, sharing it, nothing in document cloud on other devices..... Help!!

I have the same problem on my tablet. How do we fix this prompt? i have 11 GB of free space.
