Hi @ulsim
Hope you are doing well.
As per the issue that you are unable to link OneDrive. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better.
1. Make and model of your device?
2. Application version?
We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.
Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.
For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.9.0

This issue has been going on for a long time with no actual fix but just the same reply over and over again. Yes I am having the same issue, however I contacted our IT department to allow access for Adobe applications for OneDrive and even after this it still does not work. Ye I am the admin on the tablet 'samsung S7'.
After contacting Adobe tech support, they advised me they cant help cause they don't deal with mobile devices. So no we have bought Pro subscriptions and still no support... little of a joke don't you think Adobe??
So after all this i have change business OneDrive account to another, when I went through 'add account' it lead me to permissions page. after accepting all permission for Microsoft to adobe it did what everyone is going through add reverts me back to thew 'add account page with the error off IT permission.
After going through an elimination process, i am now certain it is Adobe issue as I have tried three Samsung devices, and two independent business accounts.
Can one of the team get this recified.
P.S.
Yes i had updated everything, so that's not a work around either....
Waiting impassiontly at the moment...

When i under acrobat try to connect with my microsoft business account and then, in a second step, i should permit to log in in adobe acrobat reader, i get the feedback: " connection not possible. Contact your IT administrator".
What is the problem?
I would be very thankfull for a helpful note.
