All of a sudden I no longer see the open in Acrobat option when I go to open a pdf file on my iPad Pro and I don't see any options to bring it back to the top as an option

Hi @Climbing357

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following details:

1. Workflow/Steps: How are you attempting to open the PDF files? Are you trying to open them from an email attachment or through a web browser? If possible, please share a short video recording of the process for more clarity.

2. Device and App Information: What version of the iPad Pro and Acrobat Reader mobile app are you using? Please check for any pending updates for both the app and the device. Update the application from the App Store if needed, and reboot your device.

Additionally, you may try the following steps:

  1. Open the PDF file in another app (such as Files or Safari).
  2. Tap the Share icon (a box with an arrow pointing up).
  3. Look for "Open in Acrobat" or "More Options" and select Acrobat Reader.

Please let us know how it goes!
