Orgainze pages feature stopped working

I have posted this several times with no success with finding a solution. I pay for a Premium Subscription in order to be able to edit pdf documents (add text and add pages etc.). It worked as it should for maybe the first year and then all of a sudden without notice, the organize pages feature just stopped working. Each time I try to use the feature, I get an error message that the action could not be completed. 

This is very frustrating. Without this feature, I ask myself, why am I paying for a Premium Subscription. 

Is anyone aware of a known issue? Is there a way to resolve this? Can I contact a helpdesk for assistance?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Could you please share more details about the issue? What exactly happens when you try to organize the pages in your PDF? If you see an error message, kindly share a screenshot so we can understand the problem better.

Also, does this issue occur with a specific PDF file, or does it happen with all PDFs you try to organize? You can test with a different PDF file and let us know if the issue persists.

In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update the app from the App Store or Play Store (if an update is available).
  2. Restart your device and try again.
  3. Try organizing the pages using our online tool: Reorder PDF Pages.

Thank you for your response. I have attached a screenshot of the error
message I receive when trying to add pages to an existing pdf.
Per your request, I did try using different pdf files and it does appear
that the error only happens with certain documents (not all).
Not sure how to determine why it works for some and not for others.
Thoughts?
The challenge for me is that the documents I need it to work with, is where
I get the error.

I will visit the play store and check for updates but I'm pretty I am
working with the most up-to-date version.
