Thanks for your reply. Well the subscription reads 9th august, amd each time i try editing document it kept reading pending fufillment. Tried on the link you provided and didnt work. Why are the complaints fromcustomers about payment so rampant? That is worrisome. Find attached evidemce Of payment and i have just one mail attached to my adobe app. Thanks.

Please check logging on to the web portal and let me know if you can use the features there:

https://acrobat.adobe.com/

 

If yes, try the below steps;

1. Log out from the application;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the application using your Apple ID.

 

If this does not help, you may try restoring the purchase and check if it works. To learn more about how to do so, click here: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)
