Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using subscription on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked your email address registered here on the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for Android Help (https://adobe.ly/44nxQVH)

 

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using the same email address you are logged in here on the community.

Same issue here. I just paid and updated the payment method successfully. But it keep prompting me to update and pay again and again. Logged out and claer the cache. It's still asking me to update and pay.

 

How any time do I have to do this oer and over again?

I’ve looked into the Adobe account associated with your Adobe ID and noticed that a charge has been processed today. Sometimes, it takes a little while for this to be reflected in your account. In the meantime, you might want to try logging out of the application, rebooting your device, and then logging back in with your Adobe ID. This can often help resolve such issues.
