PDF のしおりが使えない

iPad Proを使用しています。アプリを再インストールをしてもしおりのマークが出てきません。そしてそのためしおりの追加もできません。

Adding bookmarks feature is available on the Android and desktop versions of the application.

You can access bookmarks that are already present in the document. Learn more about it here: View PDFs — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)
