Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to restore documents that are deleted.
The only option (if deleted from within the app would be to check on the online storage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/
If not there, I am afraid you will have to contact the creator or get a fresh copy of the files.
