Won't let me open pdf files in the app off phone or laptop. I am an acrobat pro subscriber and it tells me I need dc form for Mac or windows but won't let me download anything. How can I fix this so I can open and edit pdf files ?

Do I understand that correct? You can't open PDF files on your laptop and on your phone, using the mobile app?
What is your OS and version? (on both devices)
