PDF Form submission using mobile app

Submitting a PDF form designed using Adobe DC pro is working fine in Desktop version but its not working in the Adobe reader mobile. So is this feature is not supported by the mobile app.

Adobe does not make an application called Adobe Reader Pro. Please confirm your application:

Mac: Acrobat > About

Win: Help > About

 

Please clarify what is "not working". That is vague.
