Pdf not synching

I have Adobe pdf reader installed in my phone & pc. Often times when highlighting a doc stored in Adobe cloud on phone doesn't get reflected in my pc. Whereas if I try same on pc , it does. 

1. Is there a setting on phone where I can save my edited version to Adobe cloud. In

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The Android version of your device;

2. A sample file where you experienced the issue.
