I have converted a PDF file to Excel but the excel file i am opening is not converted to Excel.

i have taken a subscription for this and i want solution on this.

request you to please help me on urgent basis.

Would you mind sharing the steps you did to convert the PDF to Excel? A small video recording of the steps and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

When you convert a PDF to Excel, the output depends a lot on how the original PDF is created. If the PDF is more like a scanned image, the converter has to run OCR (text recognition), which sometimes results in less accurate tables or formatting. If the PDF is digitally created, the conversion should usually bring the data into cells and columns.

Here are a few things you can try

Check the PDF type:

If it’s a scanned file, make sure OCR is turned on during conversion.

If it’s digital, try converting again to see if the table structures are detected.
