Bmo banking app can no longer find adobe reader. Unable to open statements. Adobe will open files from other apps and emails. Both apps worked together for years. Only started not working this week.
Both apps uninstalled and then reinstalled. No difference.

The good news is that it started working again. The BMO app updated on Aug 25th and that appears to have solved the problem. The previous update was on the 16th and I think that is when it stopped working.

No. It's Jan 2024 and it's still not recognizing all the pdf viewers on my phone including Adobe.

The description shows an issue with the native BMO application, which fails to recognize the PDF opening apps.
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see when opening the statement file? Do you see the application picker? Also, do you have the option to select "Open With" and then move to Acrobat?
Even though we do not have control over this, we would like to investigate if there is a break at our end.
