When I create a portfolio on my desk top and email it to myself I can read it just fine but when I email it to my colleagues they can only see one page

Hi,

When you email a PDF Portfolio as an attachment, chances are that your colleagues opened the PDF attachment in Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook, or Gmail on their iPads or iPhones.  The built-in PDF preview does not support PDF Portfolios.

Please ask your colleagues to use the iOS "Copy to"/"Open in" feature to open the PDF Portfolio in Adobe Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad.
