Specifically, could you share the steps you followed to export the PDF and any error messages you encountered? A screenshot of the error message would be very helpful. Additionally, could you let us know the format you were trying to export the PDF to?
If possible, please try to reproduce the issue and share a video recording of the steps you're following and the issue occurring. This will give us more clarity.
Also, upon reviewing your Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you use on the community, I noticed that you have an Acrobat Premium subscription (1 year and 2 months old) and an Adobe Acrobat Export PDF subscription (5 years and 11 months old). You apparently purchased the Acrobat Premium subscription after the Export PDF subscription.
Since the Export PDF service is included in your Acrobat Premium subscription, you might consider canceling the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF subscription to avoid redundancy.
