previous annotations disappeared

I’m a Premium subscriber, but I just encountered an issue: after sharing one of my cloud-stored PDF to another app, all my previous annotations in this PDF just disappeared when I reopened it in Acrobat. I have tried many times on iPad, still not work.

This shouldn't be happening, as sharing a cloud-stored PDF to another app doesn't remove annotations from the document. Would you mind sharing the steps you took to share the PDF to another app? A small video recording of the steps and the issue occurring would be very helpful for more clarity.

 

I this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check

 

What is the version of the Acrobat Reader mobile app you are using, tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version available in App/Play Store and reboot the device once and see if that helps.
