Printing protected files is not supported

Hi I've just started getting this problem on my iPad mini printing-protected-files-is-currently-not-supported 

this is happening on files I've used regularly in the last month and as my business is just getting back up and running again it's having a detrimental impact.

im running the latest iOS version, tried other files and contact pdf creators, 

please help

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

1. Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs?
2. Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Also, please check the document restriction summary and see if printing is allowed or not?

• Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware application).
• Go to File > Properties > Under Security Tab, check the document restriction summary.
• f the PDF is protected by the password for printing please get in touch with the author/creator of the PDF file to remove the password and share the document with you for printing.

I've been in touch with the author and he has assured me he hasn't changed any thing and there is no reason for these files not to print,

some of them are over a year old and other purchased in the last month,and all printed perfectly before a couple of weeks ago .

Are you still experiencing issues in printing a password-protected file?

If yes, please let us know what happens when you try to print a password-protected PDF? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please do share the screenshots. 

Share the application and OS version with us. Also, let us know the exact workflow you follow to print the password-protected file. Please make sure you are on an updated version of the application.

When will "Adobe Reader Mobile Version for iOS: 21.05.1" be made available in tha Apple App Store?

Latest version is Version 21.05.00:

‎Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF Maker on the App Store (apple.com)

Anxiously awaiting the update if it fixes the inability to fill forms and print a pdf secured with acrobat reader dc security.

We don't have that feature for mobile applications at present. We cannot print password-protected pdf in Android/iOS devices.  Thank you for highlighting this to us. It's in a future enhancement pipeline. You will get an official announcement as well as a notification when this will roll out.

These files were printing perfectly up until a month or so , now I'm unable to print from either of these providers.I'm using the same phone (iPhone)& iPad mini 4 as I've been using for at least a year with no issues.

buy pattern- download to device-import to Adobe then print all with no issues up until recently
