  1. If you are in annotation mode and
select a pencil to write (not highligter)
and you now want to scroll down in the PDF
with one finger, it does not scroll but draws a line.

Hello Tanmay,

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to scroll down the PDF when you are annotation mode.

However, this is how the application is designed to work.I would suggest you to remove the selection of the pencil when you have a requirement to  scroll down because, if the selection is at a pencil, the application by default thinks that you want to write and not scroll through.

Let me know if this helps.

Regards,

Souvik.

hi Tanmay,

Thank you for contacting us. In order to scroll pages in Commenting mode while using Apple pencil/stylus, please use 2-finger to scroll pages instead.

Hope this help,

-derek

This I am using an Android tablet (Galaxy S9 FE), the two-finger gesture does not work properly. It continually zooms in and out while scrolling, the screen goes erratic.

Hi there

Could you please share the version of the Acrobat Mobile app you currently have installed? You can find this by tapping on the profile icon in the app and selecting "About Acrobat."

Additionally, please check if there are any pending updates for the app by visiting the Google Play Store. If an update is available, kindly install it and then restart your device to see if the issue persists.

To better understand and troubleshoot the problem, it would be greatly helpful if you could provide a short video recording demonstrating the exact steps you are following and the issue you are encountering.

Regards
Amal

Hi Amal,

Yes sure. The version of the application that I'm currently using is 25.1.0.37036.

As of writing of this message the application is up to date with the latest version, there is no update pending from google play store.

Please find the video attached herewith. I couldn't manage to track the touch, but you'll get it. I'm using two finger gesture while using the draw mode. Single finger is registered as a pen touch only.
