Problem with inactive subscription that is paid for.

I have a subscription that is not supposed to renew until March 2023. I did not cancel it, it did not expire yet it's telling me my subscription is no longer valid and I paid for the year. What do I do?

I checked with the email address registered on your account and could not find an active subscription.

 

Can you check with the subscription you purchased if the email address for the purchase and the email address you used to log in is the same on the application? 

 

If you have a different email address, please share it with me over a private message for further investigation.
