Problem with pdf

Hi, my pdf files are not opening mainly its saying no app find to open file but my phone already exists office, adobe acrobate, pdf reader, word also. Can any one help in resolving my problem.

2. Application version? 
3.  Source of file and file format?
4. Are you facing the issue with a specific file only?
      

Please check if you installed the right application. To download the latest version of the app, visit the Google Play Store or the iTunes App Store. Search for Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device. 
For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.3.0.17414 

For iOS Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.03.00
