Problema en el pago

Hace unos días se realizo el pago con tarjeta para el plan pro, hoy en día de esta publicación no puedo acceder a las funciones de pago por que no aparece activo mi plan. Ya se realizo el pago pero no esta activado el plan no se que habrá pasado, en cualquier mal caso puedo pedir reembolso en mi banco pero se me es muy útil Adobe. Espero puedan ayudarme gracias.
