Problemas Combinar archivos

tengo problemas al unir archivos, los selecciona, se pone a unirlos y luego muestra un problema

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The iOS version of the device you are on;

3. A screen recording of the issue you see for better understanding;

4. Are the files you try to combine saved in different locations or internal storage?
