I am continually receiving an "in-app purchase error" notification on my Samsung android, yet I'm not subscribed to any pay service. Any suggestions?

Please identify if you're just using the Acrobat Reader mobile app to view PDF documents.
It is possible that if you're trying to use an PDF editing feature with the Acrobat Reader mobile app that requires a paid subscription of the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (full desktop version), that you're getting that message.
Can you provide a screenshot of the message?
The editing features will be unlocked when you're subscribed to a paid subscription and sign in with the AdobeID that is associated with that paid subscription.

I'm getting the same pop-up and never purchased or wanted to purchase any paid services. It just randomly appears and is very annoying. I checked under 'Subscriptions' in the settings and there is nothing there either. I just want it to stop. Did you ever find a solution?

I too am repeatedly getting this pop up error message despite NO purchase, NO attempt or wish to purchase and NOT attempting to use any chargeable feature - just viewing pdfs on my tablet. Loops recursively each dismissal nesting successive windows until Acrobat Reader is closed.
Will capture error message and screenshot next occurrence.

Error is
"An error has occurred resetting Samsung In-App Purchase IC-1000/9001/com.adobe.reader
"
Screenshot swept the message off page 😕

what happens if you uninstall the app completely?
Also, where did you downloaded the app from? in which Android OS or device exactly is it on?
