As I understand you not able to open the PDFs in the application.

If I am right, could you please let us know if you are trying to open the PDF directly from an email or from a website?

Did you try once to download the PDF and save it on your device?

Do you get any error message while trying to open the files?

It would be helpful if you can provide more information on this.
