Read aloud option is not working on my galaxy tablet (S7+)...

It shows "error" messages saying (a system error occurred while playing.to continue reading....select another voice.)  AND if I tried to select another voice it says (read aloud is not available for this file.)

 

I had tried with different pdf files, but same ... it's not working 

I have attached screenshot of the "error" messages.

Please help...

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind checking if the issue is with a specific language for text-to-speech. You can go to Settings-> Accessibility-> Text-to-speech-> language-> check the language selected.

 

While you do so, I will be sharing this with the team to check further to get concrete resolution and get back to you.
