Reembolso y cancelacion

Hola, necesito ayuda para que me den el reembolso, me cobraron este mes donde yo tengo como 3 meses de no usar ni siquiera esta cuenta, hasta la tarjeta que tenia ahi se me perdio, pero resulta que me cobraron este mes a una tarjeta con cuenta que no tengo asosiada aqui, por favor necesito ayuda porque no se como vulneraron mis tarjetas sin mi autorizacion
