hey adobe. can you please look into my refund request? i haven't gotten my refund yet for my monthly subscription which i cancelled not even an hour after i accidentally purchased it. it has been DAYS since i cancelled my subscription and not even a single penny is transferred back into my wallet. i dont want any of your repeated answers, i want you to actually help me get back my money.

Also, ensure you provide all correct information in the request form; any incorrect information will automatically cancel the request without notice. If you open the link shared by Tariq above, you should be able to get to a form to submit the refund request.
Again, as mentioned by Tariq, if the requirements are met, submit the request for refund, and the team will look into it.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, you will have to contact Apple directly, as we have very limited control over handling billing-related issues with them.
