hey adobe. can you please look into my refund request? i haven't gotten my refund yet for my monthly subscription which i cancelled not even an hour after i accidentally purchased it. it has been DAYS since i cancelled my subscription and not even a single penny is transferred back into my wallet. i dont want any of your repeated answers, i want you to actually help me get back my money.

hi adobe! where do i submit the refund request? i thought that as long as i
cancelled my subscription within the 14 days, i will get my refund.

If you open the link shared by Tariq above, you should be able to get to a form to submit the refund request.

 

Again, as mentioned by Tariq, if the requirements are met, submit the request for refund, and the team will look into it.

i see now. i don't see a form and in case you missed to understand my
problem, i purchased the plan through apple pay and the instruction for
refund there is that i’ll get my money back for i forgot how many working
days as long as i cancelled it on my settings. didn’t receive any
cancellation email either.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, you will have to contact Apple directly, as we have very limited control over handling billing-related issues with them.
