Buen día me comunico con la inconformidad que en el mes de octubre realizaron un cobro anual premium y en este mes de noviembre veo nuevamente el cobro se realizo el cargo nuevamente por $649.00 pesos. Por este motivo solicito el reembolso ya calcele la suscripción y no veo quien me de solucion
