Reporting a technical issue with a corrupted file (apperantly)

Hi,

My project called 'Isabella konfirmation' seems to be broken.

I can't access it (the app breaks down, when trying). I can access other projects with no problems.

I made a copy 'isabella konfirmation copy 2' which have the same issue. I managed to get access to the file through mobile app - however that seemed to corrupt the file even more leaving only the text-layer in the file apparently.

Any chance it can be recovered (spend many hours making it and need it 1 1/2 week). A 'error report' was also sent by the system.

Which software did you use to create the original document?

And which software did you use to convert it to another file type?

A few more pieces of information would be great: 

1. The Adobe application you are using;

2. A sample file for us to investigate.
