I have renewed my subscription, however i dont have access to any premium features. Ive attempted to restore purchase, but get the Restore Error, unable to restore purchases. Appreciate assistance. Thank you.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error message saying that you are unable to restore purchases.
I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID/email you are using on this community and unable to trace any premium service subscribed.
Please logout of the app, reboot the device once and re-login to the app with the correct Adobe ID/email used for subscribing to premium services and check if that helps.
Also please check for any missing/pending updates for the app and try updating it from Play store (Android), or App store (iOS) and check.
