Are you not able to open the application or use the premium features?

 

If you are not able to launch the application, please share the below information:

1. The Android version you are using;

2. The application version you are using;

3. A screen recording of what happens when you try to open the application.

 

If you are unable to use the premium features, 

I checked your account details with the community's registered email address and could not find any active subscription.

 

Could you share the details of your purchased subscription with me so that I can investigate further?
