Issue #1) The "Free Trial"
So with a Free Trial generally companies reserve running the card number until after the Free Trial is up. Not true with Adobe. Once you enter your card number, or paypal, it checks to see if it can successfully charge that card or service. If it returns false (cannot charge), then the free trial does not work. This does not seem like a free trial to me, it seems like a trial masquerading as if its free under the guise that it holds X amount of money in escroe until trial period is up, and then it charges. But it CHECKS to see if it can charge it successfully, BEFORE the trial even begins. Boo.
Issue #2) App Security - Subscriptions.
So, after you enter all your sensitive information into the app (card info, paypal info, whatever), the app never forgets it. It keeps that information hidden somewhere. It does not release this information from the app's memory even if you clear the cache/data. Even if you you tried to start a free trial with something, and it failed, IT'S STILL THERE. Anything you enter into this app gets retained for what seems like forever. So if someone had working knowledge, they could literally steal your info from this app easily. I suggest Adobe? You fix this promptly. And users? Don't enter sensitive information into this app. Period.
You're welcome guys.

Hello @enjinious
I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the issue you've experienced.
As you asked about the Free trial procedure and payment, that amount is charged so that the server can verify the authenticity of the user opting for the free trial.
Also, regarding the App security issues, any sensitive information put in by the user goes through a secure gateway, and no information is ever stored with Adobe.
