Signed up for free trail and i was charged from beginning

i signed up for free trail period but was charged from te beginning tried to cancel and stop but the money is just been taking and i cant get it reverse i just want to cancel it and have a refund on all the attach images

I understand that you are frustrated with the experience you had with the charges.

 

Upon checking with the details that you shared, we could not find any active subscription for Acrobat Mobile Reader. If the e-mail address is different than the one you have shared with us, please let us know in the private messages so that we can check and revert.

 

Since mobile subscriptions are something that are handled by your store operator. I would suggest you to get in touch with them once so that they would be able to get the best solution for you.

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are being charged from our end even after trying to cancel.

 

Could you please let us know if you are getting error when trying to cancel the subscription? A screen shot of the error would be very helpful too. Also, this issue could be better handled by our billing team. For additional information, please check your private messages.

i still not get any response regarding this matter

i send my account that was debitted and i cant find any subscritpion that is still active

 

please refund me my money and cancel this on your side

Basically what happens with mobile subscriptions is, they are charged to you through your store and not directly from Adobe.

 

To avail a refund, please click on the below link to get a detailed explaination as to how to go forward with the refund:

This is not making sense and i have no subscription but they take money and
took every month

i want it to be cancelled please get management to phone or mail me to get
this sorted out

i want a refund and subscription cancelled

check under my id number , email , cellphone number cancel everything and
you guys can mos check where the money is going so then refund it easy
