I'm glad I didn't buy the software. It's truly horrible. I have multiple images to convert& combine into pdf, and while the first 2 times I was able to do it without issue, now adobe on my iPad decided to simply stop importing the images all together and converting them into pdf. Now it just imports the pngs as separate images and doesn't even convert them into pdf, so I had to do that manually. Even worse, when you select the files IN ORDER adobe UNNARANGES THEM, SO I HAVE TO MANUALLY PUT THEM BACK IN ORDER. something that should take 10 mins tops, now takes an hour.

Is the software valid?
You say you were able to do it for a while, but now you can't. And you haven't bought the software. Are you sure it's still working? Has your trial software expired?

Hi mpa-01,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.
Please let us know what happens when you try to convert images to PDF. Do you get any error message?
As the features are not working as expected, could you please share the screen recording of the steps you use and the issue that occurs? Also, please share the Acrobat Reader and OS version on your iPad.
Please check and confirm if you can use other premium tools in the application.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
