I've paid for 1 year access and cannot access all features. When I click to renew again it prompts me I have already completed the subscription.

Frustrated!!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind trying the below steps and check if it helps:

1. Open Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Click on the profile image-> preferences-> subscriptions;

3. Click on Restore Purchases.
