Subscription error

I have a subscription with my apple account but then when I combined with my google account I lost my access even though I paid for the yearly subscription. How do I fix this? When I login in with my apple email it says there's no account with that email.

Hi @Deleted User 

 

As mentioned that you are not able to use the subscription. Make sure you are signing in with the correct email on which the subscription is active. 

Try to sign out and sign in back to your account. Do the following to restore your subscription:

  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

Thanks But I did all those things and the strange thing is that when I signed in with my Apple account, from which I purchased the subscription, when I sign in with the same email as a google account it says there is no such account.
