Subscription not working

I have got a adobe subscription but I am unable to edit or create a PDF I CONSTANTLY GET a message to get a subscription when my subscription is current

We have verified your Adobe ID (email) used to sign in to the community, but we do not see any active subscription or license for Acrobat Mobile. Have you purchased the license with a different Adobe ID? If yes, please use the email to log in to the app. Sign out from the app, restart the device, and sign back in.

Are you using an Android or an iOS device? Also, could you please share a screenshot of the error message you get?
