System Error on Monthly Subscription

I am having an issue with my Adobe Premium account. I am on a monthly subscription and get debited without fail on my bank account for this subscription. But I cannot get access to the premium features because the system keeps saying I have a billing issue. How is this possible when I am debited monthly?

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the issue you're experiencing.

 

Make sure your application is updated, and you're login with the same Adobe ID (email) that you purchased the subscription.

Also, try to sign out from your application, restart your device and sign back in again.

 

Could you also please help us with a few details to understand the issue better:

1. iOS version

2. Application Version.

3. A screen recording of the happening situation.
