Touch and hold delay option on Android

Me gustaría que tuviera la opción de cambiar el tiempo de la respuesta táctil. Cuando estoy leyendo alguna página y quiero desplazarme lentamente, aparece el menú de acción. Es muy rápido y no me da tiempo para desplazarse.

I would like that there is an option to change the duration of touch and hold delay.

When I'm reading and I want to make a little scroll, a menu suddenly appears. I think it's quite rapid and it bothers when scrolling.  I would like an option like that. Greetings!

To adjust the touch and hold delay on your Android device, follow these steps:​
Open your device's Settings app.  Tap on "Accessibility".  Scroll down and select "Touch & hold delay". Choose your preferred delay time: Short, Medium, or Long. This setting modifies the duration your device waits before recognizing a touch-and-hold action, which can enhance your interaction experience.
