I started the 7 days free trial. I ended it the same day so I was sure I wouldn't get charged. But now I'm charged voor the month. So I paid for the extras but I can't use them. I want to know how I can get a refund and if it is ended now.

This could be because you might have purchased a subscription monthly and not yearly, as a free trial is only applicable with yearly purchases.

As you can see in the picture, I have chosen a "jaarlijks" (yearly) subscription. And the day I got the free trial, I ended it. But now it looks like I still have my account. I hope you can help me get a refund and end the subscription.
