I need assistance canceling my subscription. I am unable to cancel due to the link directing me to the Apple Store Subscriptions. I set it up utilizing a different form of payment.

I understand that you are unable to cancel the subscription. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

The reason you are being redirected to Apple Store subscriptions is, the Acrobat Premium subscription that you have purchased has been completed through the Apple store and not from Adobe.

 Hi,

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to cancel your Adobe free trial.

Would you mind sharing the error that you get when trying to cancel the subscription? A screenshot of the error would be great.

Also, you can try contacting the store provider through which you have subscribed [ play store if you use android device / app store if you use an iOS device ]
