Hi @andyp2

I hope you're doing well. Thank you for reaching out.

Acrobat Reader Mobile is a free, stand-alone app designed to offer an optimal PDF viewing, editing, and sharing experience.

Could you let me know if this issue is recent or has been occurring for some time? To help us understand the problem better, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message and a short video recording of the steps leading to the issue?

Additionally, you might want to try clearing the app cache by going to Device > Settings > Apps > Adobe Acrobat > Storage > Clear Cache and see if this might resolve the issue.

Let us know how it goes.

~Amal

@andyp2

Can you take a screenshot of the error message and post it in a reply window?

If the form was made using LiveCycle, it cannot be viewed on a mobile device. It can be viewed with the free Reader on a Mac or Windows computer. When we see the screenshot we'll be able to see if this is the issue or if its something else.

Adobe discontinued core technical support for Adobe LiveCycle as of March 2018.

There was no error message. Just a screen showing 2 columns. One listing
features of free version. The second showing features of paid version.
If I try to click on free version it does not respond.
Click on paid version it does of course respond.
I've been using free version for years never a problem. This indicates to
me that Adobe want to force everyone onto paid version .
I'll try again, should it persist I'll just delete app and save downloads
in a different format.

@andyp2

You do not need the paid version to view a PDF. Adobe is not forcing you or anyone to get the paid version for viewing.

Can you show us a screen shot of what you are seeing? It will help us to figure it out.

I just tried on my iPad and got this:

Is it similar in Android?

Having the same problem.  I have been sent an acrobat sign from a big company.  I'm sure they have an account.

When I go to the link I get this message I have to sign in for my identiy.

Then once I do, the only thing I can do is subscribe.
