Unable to open or forward PDF documents in whatsapp

Hello

Recently I can't open a pdf file on WhatsApp (it tells me the file couldn't

be accessed check your connection or make the file name shorter). It is very frustrating. I can open documents out of WhatsApp but not in the app.

Please help to solve this problem.

Are you using Acrobat Reader for Mobile where you posted? If you are trying to open a PDF in WhatsApp, you need to ask at the WhatsApp Help Center, as we cannot help you with WhatsApp.
