Unable to Preview More Files in Acrobat on iPad

I encountered an issue with the Acrobat app on my iPad. When I try to select "Preview More Files" on the left side, an error appears saying

"Unable to retrieve content – An unknown error occurred." However, if I open the file using a different app, it works fine. Additionally, other iPads following the same steps can access the files without any issues.

 

What could be causing this issue?

@E8192121 totally frustrating when an app behaves inconsistently, especially when it works on other devices! When was the last time, the iPad was restarted? A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches. As well, when was the last time Acrobat was updated? Not all iPads are the same, some are older, some are newer. Some have more storage, and some have less storage. Low storage space can sometimes cause apps to malfunction and give you those issues! If there are still issues, I would even consider, uninstall and reinstall the app to rule out corrupted data. It truly sounds this one iPad is a lemon!
