Hello, I am trying to subscribe to the Adobe Premium features, and the screen just keeps popping up saying to allow an app purchases before I can continue. I've gone through my phone settings multiple times and In app purchases is allowed. Yet the screen continues to pop up and I can not proceed. Any Help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi @Seth22522051zfxu

As mentioned that you can't subscribe to premium features, could please share the exact steps you are following to subscribe. And, please share the screenshot of the pop that asks to allow an app purchase.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

In the app I click on my account settings, then subscriptions. Then the try now button under the list of features. Then the premium tools for mobile comes up with the list of features and the pricing at the bottom. Then I click the start trial and subscribe button and that's when I get the screen that I will attach a picture of. I have checked multiple times to make sure that the in app purchases option is turned on, on my device but without out fail the screen pops up and I can't go any farther.

Hi @Seth22522051zfxu

Thanks for providing the details.

Could share a video that shows that the in-app purchase from the Acrobat reader app is turned on.

Also, Can you go through in-app purchases on other apps on the same device and same Apple Id?

Regards,

Harsh
