I'm on iOS device; keeps saying subscribe now but I have an active subscription!! Very annoying because I have papers that need to be signed in a timely fashion and sent back over .. seeing multiple ppl having this issue is NOT OK!!! Ppl pay for these services and use them on a daily

Since I could not look for any active subscription with the email address registered on the community, I would need more details other than the screenshot you have shared:
1. The email address that you used to purchase the subscription;
2. A receipt or the Welcome email from Apple with the order number.

Sorry for the delay. Since this is an app store purchased subscription, we have to work closely with Apple in such scenarios,, which takes time.
In the meantime, can you please confirm whether you are using the option "Sign in with Apple ID" or using "Sign in with Adobe ID".

You Said that before we did the screen sharing you saw my subscription was active said I logged in via fb I tried that received an error you said log out of Wi-Fi tried that still having the same issue! Obviously I'm not the only one you guys owe all of us a free year for inconvenience or take it off the apple app

Every single time I have to use adobe I have to cancel my apple subscription and do a free trial just to use something I've paid for; FOR MONTH?! I've been going back and forth about this issue since June !!!
