Hi, from my iPad (on this device option) all pdf files keeping missing , all of them get cleared automatically, it has happened quite a few times, I have new iPad mini 5th generation it is all up to date.. but in my adobe documents cloud account files are save and do not miss. Just to explain when I click on the adobe app, there are options to select to get to certain files like "on this iPad" "document cloud" etc
please advise where is problem can be? Thank you

As you have confirmed that files are visible on the Document Cloud storage and not visible in the app, so there could be a possibility that you have signed in under a different email in the Reader mobile app. Kindly check the email if it is the same or not.

Hi Harsh,
thank you for your response, it is the same email address, I have a company owned ipad, but adobe acrobat account is on my personal email, I have singed in, in adobe acrobat with my personal email on my ipad (company owned). I have upgraded the ipad to one of the new models, i am not this could be an issue as it had never happened on my old ipad, files use to stay for years ...
anything else in your head which could be a reason of these files keep dissapearing??

Please check if the files are visible in documents tab on Acrobat online i.e. https://acrobat.adobe.com/
Also, confirm if the files that are missing were saved on local storage or on Acrobat online?
