Why won't PDFs open online?

Hello. 

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat for android phone and am not subscribed. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be able to open those links that usually immediately open in PDF. I can only open downloaded PDF files (but those I am having difficulties with cannot be downloaded for some reason).

I am using the phone Honor 90 Lite and AA 24.7.0.34210.

Please let me know how to proceed.

When you try to open the links in the PDF file, are you encountering any error messages? If so, could you please share a screenshot of the error for better clarity?

Is the issue happening with just this one PDF file, or are you seeing it with all PDFs? If it’s specific to one file, please send us the PDF, so we can take a closer look.

It would also be helpful if you could provide a short video recording showing the steps you’re taking and the issue as it occurs. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem.
