- Log out of the Acrobat app.
- Reboot your device.
- Log back in using the same Adobe ID.
If you’re looking to convert files to PDF, you can easily do so using the Create PDF tool:
- Tap the + icon and select Create PDF.
- Choose the location of the file you wish to convert.
- Tap the file to begin the conversion.
- Once the file is converted, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
- You can then tap Open to view the PDF in Acrobat Reader, or access it later from your file list.
