App doesn't work on iPhone XS Max. Can't select it in open in, email, pdf forms etc. I've asked for support for about a year. Developer isn't responding. Currently iOS 13.3.1. Please help. Thank you
friends with iPhone 11R, etc have no problem

What do you mean by "developer isn't responding" - how are you trying to contact them exactly?
